1. How to Submit a Request

You may submit privacy requests by emailing privacy@kinstl.com from the email address associated with your Kinstl account or by using any request workflow we make available through the Service.

Please identify the type of request you are making, the jurisdiction you believe applies to you, and enough information for us to locate the relevant account or records. If you do not have an account, provide the identifiers reasonably necessary for us to process your request.

2. Available Request Types

Request to know or access categories and, where applicable, specific pieces of personal information.
Request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request a portable copy of personal information where applicable.
Request to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
Request to opt out of sale or sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable.
Request review or appeal where your local law provides an appeal right.

3. Do Not Sell or Share

If your jurisdiction gives you the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information, you may submit that request using the contact method above. You do not need to create a new account solely to make an opt-out request.

If we engage in a sale or sharing activity that triggers a browser-based opt-out requirement or similar universal signal obligation under applicable law, that activity will be governed by the then-current version of our privacy notices and request-handling practices.

Opt-out requests generally apply prospectively. We may still retain and use information for internal purposes, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, transactions you requested, and other uses allowed by law.

4. Verification and Authorized Agents

For some requests, we must verify your identity or authority before acting. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request and protect against fraud or misuse.

If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require signed permission, proof of authority, and/or separate identity verification from you, unless local law says otherwise.

5. Timing and Limits

We aim to respond within the time period required by applicable law. Response times may vary based on your jurisdiction, the type and complexity of the request, and whether we need additional information to verify it.

We may deny or limit requests where an exemption applies, where we cannot verify identity or authority, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or where retaining information is permitted or required by law.

6. Non-Discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. That said, some features necessarily depend on certain data uses, and if you ask us to delete or stop using certain information, some parts of the Service may not function as intended or may become unavailable.
